Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads, develop new business and close new sales.
  • Execute on leads provided by the marketing team and self-generated leads.
  • Produce statistical sales progress reports and provide feedback for marketing plans.
  • Build client database, setup utilise and maintain CRM System.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from open to close, and follow-up.
  • Seek and communicate customer feedback to the development team.
  • Forecast sales target achievement dates.
  • Build and document knowledge of your territory, competitors and designated food/drink service sector.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the food service industry focused on pubs/bars.
  • History of new business development and forging mutually rewarding relationships within the relevant sector.
  • Full drivers licence & personal transport.
  • Strong IT / Computer skills.
  • Desire to succeed in a client facing sales role.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of the alcoholic drinks industry and alcohol sales.
